Aspire Health’s September 2012
It’s first day of spring and I went for a 8 km rowing session in Geelong this morning. It was lovely! Best way to start the day really, that is any kind of exercise. It sets my day of for a great start. I am going to head in to the garden this afternoon to plant some more vegetables and flowers. I hope you all have a lovely day and start of spring 2012.
