Let me introduce myself….

I am the  founder/owner of Aspire Wellbeing which is located in Torquay, Australia .

Aspire Wellbeing offer services locally in Torquay such as Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Remedial Massage, Corporate Training, NLP Coaching (including Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy).

Aspire also offer Wellness Retreats – the next 3-day retreat is coming up the 29/11 in Pennyroyal, Victoria.

I have worked in the health/fitness/sporting industry for about 25 years.  I am really  passionate about helping people like You to achieve their fitness, health and wellbeing goals.

I have been an elite sports person (Swedish Rowing Team), have worked as a coach, speaker, presenter and event organiser.  I am a mother (I have a 20 year old daughter and a 17 year old son).
I have the experience of having moved country (moved from Sweden 19 years ago), having written my own book (Body Awakening – Balance your body, mind and spirit with Pilates and an active lifestyle) and produced my own Pilates DVDs and lots more.

I am passionate about the body/mind connection and think it is equally important to develop yourself mentally as well as physically. I am a qualified NLP practitioner/coach & hypnotherapist.

I like Personal Development & I like to help people achieve and succeed in all aspects of life.

I also run a home business, OneLifestyleForYou, which is in the Success & Personal Development Field. In that business I aim to show people how they can live their dream lifestyle and active their personal and financial goals. Most of all, my goal is to show how people can grow personally by overcoming obstacles and beliefs that may stop them from achieving their desired results, so that they can have what they truly desire and deserve.

My goal is to help people globally to create a lifestyle they desire and that is congruent to their dream and goals.
