I thoroughly enjoy helping people achieve their fitness and health goals. I believe fitness should be part of any healthy lifestyle and that it should be planned so it is enjoyable for each individual. Karin run’s a business called Aspire Health & Personal Training which is located on Australia’s beautiful Surf Coast in Torquay, Victoria.
Karin has a Swedish degree in Sports Education and holds multiple certifications and licenses in the areas of Pilates, Fitness & Remedial Massage Therapy.
Karin emphasise the connection of body, mind and soul as the key to overall wellbeing.

Karin is a regular writer for theNewspaper the ECHO.
Karin has developed and produced 2 DVD’s: aspire pilates for Beginners and aspire Pilates Intermediate
Karin now teaches thousands the principles and process she has created for anyone of any skill level to have a successful fitness and Pilates program.
