Giving up could be a good thing

Giving up could be a good thing
Giving up does not have to be a bad thing. There are plenty of things, which, if we give them up and let them go, will make our life a lot easier and much more joyful. What do you think would happen if you gave up things that cause you stress, pain, suffering? Imagine if you allowed yourself to let go of things that if you did, would cause you to be much more happy, free and at peace.

Here are some of the things that I believe can be helpful to let go of:

1. Give up on beliefs that limits you i.e beliefs that tells you that you can't do it or have it or what is possible.
2. Give up self defeating self talk. Remember to not believe everything the mind is telling you - half of it is not true and a lot of it is negative as well.
3.Give up living your life to other people's expectations. Ask yourself; do you live "your" life. Do you listen to your heart's desire and to your intuition. You only have one life, so you must live and own it now! Don't let other people distract you on your path.
4. Give up on the need to always be right. Ask yourself if your life would be different if you let go of your ego and the need to be right all the time. Ask yourself; would I rather be right or would I rather be kind?
5. Give up blaming others. Blaming others just gives your power away and instead start loving your life
6. Give up on your limiting beliefs and what you cannot or can do. Don't allow your limiting beliefs keep you held back. Let them go and grow!
7. Give up your self defeating self talk. Saying negative and destructive things to ourselves only hurt ourselves!
8. Give up the need to be perfect and the need to impress others. That is just hard work and that is not what you are here for. Take of the mask and be unapologetically you. Then life is a lot easier and you will start attract the "right" things and people into your life.
9. Give up on any resistance to change. Change is required to move forward.. It's good! Be brace to follow your bliss and embrace change.
10. Give up on all your excuses. Excuses will only limit yourself. Throw all excuses in the rubbish bin. That's where they belong.
11. Give up on complaining. It's not the people, places or the situation that make you miserable - it's how you choose to look at it.
12.Give up on the past. This is probably the hardest one. Your past might have looked better than the now or it might have looked scary. remember that the present moment it all you have,. Embrace the now moment and plan for the future.
13. Give up fears. Did you know that you create fear? It's only an illusion. It does not exist. It is all in your mind.
14. Give up any attachments. This will detach you and you will feel more free, peaceful and be more kind.
15. Give up any labels and instead open your mind up a little more. That is when the mind can really work.

There are many more things that you may benefit from letting go off or giving up on. I'd love to hear what you are planing to give up on. Comment below.

Self Respect.

Self Respect.
Do you respect yourself and have you ever asked yourself what it really means?

Respecting ourselves is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. It's that inner quality that each one of us must take time to develop. We develop it throughout life as we are on our journey and experience setbacks, failures and successes.

Showing yourself respect does not make you narcissistic. In fact, it does quite the opposite. When we respect ourselves, we are more worthy of receiving love and, in turn, giving love to others.

Self-respect is all about treating yourself the way you'd want others to treat you. By focusing only on our self-perceived faults and flaws, we're basically giving permission for the rest of the world to focus on them too!

Here are some ways that you can develop more self respect:

  • Ask yourself; what would help me respect myself more? What would I do, say and how would you feel?
  • Be honest about who you are; know your values. Know what you are and what you are not. Always know your worth.
  • Set boundaries and don't let other set them for you! If your boundaries are not clear, then it's easy for others to overstep them.
  • Practise and do things that makes you respect yourself; things you love - things that excite you - that brings you joy and look after your body and mind and spirit.
  • Be brutally honest to yourself - know who you are and who you are not! Stop trying to be someone you are not! Be unapologetically You!
  • Learn to say No! Saying No does not mean you are a "bad" person! It simply means you know what you want and what your boundaries are.
  • Spend time with people who support you - not people who manipulate you or don't respect you for who you are! Choose a life partner who respect you and treats you well.
  • Love your body and look after it. It's the only one you got! It's your temple.
  • Look after your health. Our health, is like everything else in our life, it is a relationship.
  • Follow your soul purpose and your dreams.
  • Love yourself enough to spend time with you - this is easy when you respect yourself.
  • Be happy with what you get done with today. Be kind to yourself and to others. Show respect for yourself. Don't be to self-critical, judgemental or restrictive.
  • Know that you are not your genes. Making your genes, your "story" won't help you.
  • Be willing to accept reality. See things and people as they are.
    etc.

If you could change one thing about your life, what would that be?

If you could change one thing about your life, what would that be?
If you could change one thing about your life today that would have a positively impact on your future, what would it be?

Have you ever thought about it?

Would it be:
  • Loosing weight and becoming more healthy?
  • Starting your own business from home
  • Travel more
  • Pay off your credit cards
  • Save up x amount of money in your bank account
  • Give up that job that you have had for a long time that you don't enjoy anymore and find a more enjoyable one.
  • Take up a new hobby that you have always wanted

For the next few weeks, I'd like to challenge you to choose, then tackle, the one thing you know in your heart that you must do to feel better about every aspect of your life.
The concept of a breakthrough goals is something that I learned from The OolaGuys - Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl, authors of Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced Worlds. With so many stress points in life, they say, our lives can get out of balance. But narrowing our focus to our "Oola One" - the one single goals we know we must achieve - can change our lives for the better (often permanently).

Not only  does it calm the chaos, it puts us together with new people, gives us new skills, and so much more. We get smarter, more confident, better connected, more loving, more generous, less stressed - qualities that enable us to truly live our unique purpose  - our soul purpose - on this planet.

We can never go back to who we were because we become someone different in the process of pursuing our OolaOne.

Are you up for a life change in 2021?

Permanent change is what the Oola lifestyle taught me, and it's what I help to do as an Oola Life Coach.

START TODAY:  MAKE A LIST OF 7 GOALS...THEN CHOOSE 1

So, what would change in "The 7 F's of Oola" (life areas) below? Choose 7 goals in the following areas, then narrow it to just one thing that would change your life. When you've decided, drop a comment below and share your OolaOne goals (unless it's private)

Fitness - Finance - Family - Field - Faith - Friends - Fun

In my next blog post, I'll give you a strategy for tackling the daily steps to achieve your OolaOne. Stay tuned! It will be life changing blow that transforms the way you focus!

I help people create wellness, abundance and to find their soul purpose

For years, I felt like I was pushed to my limits, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. I believed that I was really all alone in my struggles and felt quite isolated.
The physical and emotional pain I experience was at times overwhelming.

Even thought I was living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy food, exercising and doing meditation.  I was still lacking in energy and experienced pain. I really believed that I was doing everything to improve my situation. And one day that all changed when I was introduced to some products.
To be honest, I had used similar products before, so naturally I was very sceptical, but given that the person who introduced me to these was also working in the wellness field, just like myself - I took a leap of faith and decided to give them a go, after all what did I have to lose!

Since then my life has transformed, not on just a physical level, but also a mental, emotional and spiritual level. I get emotional just thinking about it all now and feel so incredibly blessed and grateful for this gift that was presented to me.
Now, I am living a life full of abundant wellness, I love my soul purpose and I am able to create abundance in life.

I am now on a mission to create more empowered well-beings in the world and to share with you my learnings!

I welcome you to join our group of empowered well-beings and learn how you can also find freedom and ultimate wellness, just as I have,  with the knowledge and information we share amongst our exclusive and loving community.
