Are you a Light Warrior?


Have you heard anyone talking about being a Light Warrior? What does this mean? 
To me it is a way of being.

As a light warrior one embody love and compassion. Light warriors seek to understand and support others and promote a sense of unity and interconnectedness.

Light warriors are thought to possess courage in facing challenges and adversity. This includes the courage to confront personal fears and to stand up for what is right. Integrity is a key trait associated with light warriors. 

They strive to live in alignment with their values and principles, maintaining honesty and authenticity in their actions. These beings are often seen as individuals who seek wisdom and spiritual understanding. They may engage in practices such as meditation, self-reflection, or the pursuit of knowledge to gain deeper insights.

As a light warrior one possess resilience. The are known for their ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges. This allows them to navigate difficult situations with grace and determination.

Light warriors are here to serve others and to contribute positively to the well-being of humanity. This may involve acts of kindness, volunteering, being in a business that helps other people etc.

Many light warriors are associated with a heightened sense of spiritual awareness. This can involve a deep connection to a higher power, a sense of purpose, or a commitment to personal and collective growth.

Light warriors are empathetic and have an understanding of people around them which makes them good at connecting.

Light warriors live in the present moment and embrace it.  They practise mindfulness. This helps them stay grounded and focused on the positive aspects of life.

Light warriors are often associated with optimism and a positive outlook on life and they often inspire others by emphasizing the potential for positive change, growth and transformation.

Light warriors are beings that are committed to personal and collective well-being, positive transformation, and the pursuit of higher consciousness.

A new level of Consciousness is happening - The New Earth is here
We live in extraordinary times. Can you feel it?

I believe we are going through a shift in consciousness and therefore an awakening or an increased awareness of spiritual or higher dimensions of existence beyond our everyday, materialistic concerns.

We are moving towards a more enlightened state of being for humanity - a New Earth. This world is a more harmonious world, a world which is based on love, peace and unity.
We are also going through a shift in values - a spiritual evolution - which we also call ascension or spiritual evolution. 

We are going through a collective awakening and for this to happen us as individuals must undergo a personal transformation and spiritual growth.
This collective awakening is necessary for us to bring positive changes  on a global scale.

I started my spiritual awakening years ago now and it's not always easy to move through. Please trust me, you can do this though. All is well and there is a plan.....we all came her to play our part,

Just remember to listen to your heart. That is where truth and freedom is. And most of all, let go of the fear.  Focus on Love.  Love has the answers,

Here are some tips to help you on this journey:

  • Define your short-term and long-term goals.
  • Make your goals specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

  • Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small.
  • Practice self-compassion and self-love.
  • Challenge negative self-talk and replace it with positive affirmations.
Personal growth:
  • Continuously learn and improve yourself.
  • Read, take courses, attend seminars, and seek mentors.
  • Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
Embrace authenticity:
  • Be true to yourself and your values.
  • Don't try to fit into someone else's mold or expectations.
  • Express your thoughts and feelings honestly.
Surround yourself with positivity:
  • Seek out supportive and uplifting relationships.
  • Eliminate toxic people and environments from your life.
  • Engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.
Take action:
  • Break down your goals into manageable steps.
  • Create a plan and start taking action, even if it's a small step.
  • Consistency is key, so stay committed and persevere.
Manage fear and uncertainty:
  • Understand that fear is a natural part of growth.
  • Develop resilience to face challenges and setbacks.
  • Practice mindfulness and meditation to stay grounded.
Seek inspiration:
  • Read biographies or stories of people who have overcome obstacles.
  • Listen to motivational speakers or podcasts.
  • Join groups or communities that share your interests and passions.
Self-care:
  • Prioritize your physical and mental health.
  • Get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and exercise regularly.
  • Practice relaxation techniques and stress management.
Celebrate your successes:
  • Acknowledge your achievements, no matter how small.
  • Share your progress with others who support you.
  • Use your successes as motivation for future endeavors.
Be patient and persistent:
  • Recognize that personal growth takes time.
  • Stay persistent, even when faced with challenges or setbacks.

For years, I felt like I was pushed to my limits, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. I believed that I was really all alone in my struggles and felt quite isolated.
The physical and emotional pain I experience was at times overwhelming.

Even thought I was living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy food, exercising and doing meditation.  I was still lacking in energy and experienced pain. I really believed that I was doing everything to improve my situation. And one day that all changed when I was introduced to some products.
To be honest, I had used similar products before, so naturally I was very sceptical, but given that the person who introduced me to these was also working in the wellness field, just like myself - I took a leap of faith and decided to give them a go, after all what did I have to lose!

Since then my life has transformed, not on just a physical level, but also a mental, emotional and spiritual level. I get emotional just thinking about it all now and feel so incredibly blessed and grateful for this gift that was presented to me.
Now, I am living a life full of abundant wellness, I love my soul purpose and I am able to create abundance in life. 

I am now on a mission to create more empowered well-beings in the world and to share with you my learnings!
