One Decision Can Change Everything: My First Year with OlyLife and the Power of Purpose

There are moments in life when you look around and realise just how much can change in a very short time.
This week, I have the honour of joining a panel of experienced global network-marketing leaders to share our journeys, lessons and perspectives on building an international business.
When I saw my photo alongside the other panelists, I had one of those moments where I stopped and thought:
Wow… how did I get here?
Because less than a year ago, none of this existed in my life.
And perhaps that's exactly why I want to share this story.

From Sweden, Sport and Wellness to Something Bigger

My journey didn't begin in network marketing.
I grew up in Sweden, and sport became one of my greatest teachers. As an elite rower, I learned discipline, resilience, teamwork and the importance of continuing to show up even when things are difficult.
Those lessons have followed me throughout my life.
After moving to Australia, I spent decades working within health and wellness — fitness, Pilates, massage and bodywork, coaching, mindset, frequency wellness and eventually writing my book, Body Awakening.
But underneath all of those different chapters has always been one fascination:

Human potential.

What are we truly capable of?
Why do some people continue after setbacks while others stop?
How much of our future changes when we change the way we think about ourselves?
That curiosity led me deeply into personal development and learning from mentors including Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins.
I've also always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I've explored network marketing at different times, but I certainly didn't enter OlyLife as someone with decades of professional network-marketing success behind me.
I entered as me — with my life experience, wellness background, passion for people and willingness to learn.

Sometimes the Difficult Chapters Redirect Us

In 2025, after experiencing my third major ankle injury, I found myself at another crossroads.
I remember praying and asking for guidance.
What next?
I felt deeply that something in my life was ready to shift.
Then, through a conversation connected with my podcast, I was introduced to the OlyLife P90 and PEMF technology.
Because I had already spent years exploring wellness and frequency modalities, I was immediately curious.
I wanted a P90 before I understood anything about the business opportunity.
I didn't understand the compensation plan.
I didn't know all the products.
I didn't even know there was a P90 Plus!
I simply discovered something that genuinely interested me.
And I started sharing that excitement.

One Year Can Change a Lot

I joined OlyLife in September 2025.
Since then, this journey has taken me to China, Singapore and Anaheim. I've progressed through M1 to M2, watched an international community grow around me, and I'm now preparing to attend ODC in Thailand.
And now I'm sitting on a panel alongside people with significant professional network-marketing experience.
It's humbling.
But it has also reminded me of something important:

You don't need to know everything before you begin.

You need to be willing to learn.
Ask questions.
Find mentors.
Use the systems available to you.
Surround yourself with people who know things you don't.
And keep showing up.

Why OlyLife Resonated With Me

There were several things about the OlyLife model that caught my attention.
I loved the simplicity of starting around the products themselves. I appreciated not having the traditional monthly autoship requirement I'd experienced or seen in other models, and I became fascinated by the compensation and volume structure.
But perhaps what I appreciate most is the community and systems.
There are resources, presentations, education, tools and leaders to learn from.
You don't have to create everything yourself.
For someone like me who can have a thousand ideas at once 😂, that's actually been an important lesson:

Stop overcomplicating things.

Learn the system.
Use the resources.
Share authentically.
Connect people.
Support them.
And allow them to make their own decisions.
Simple doesn't mean effortless. You still have to do the work.
But we don't always need to reinvent the wheel.

Stay in Your Lane

This journey has also taught me something important about entrepreneurship:

Focus is powerful.

Entrepreneurs tend to see opportunities everywhere.
That's one of our gifts.
It can also become one of our greatest distractions.
Another idea. Another project. Another opportunity. Another shiny object.
Sometimes constantly changing direction can even become a subtle form of self-sabotage because we never give one thing enough time, attention and consistency to discover what it could become.
Eventually, there comes a moment when you have to decide:

This is what I'm building.

Excitement can get you started.
Decision keeps you moving.

BE. DO. HAVE.

One of the principles I've carried with me from years of studying personal development is:

BE → DO → HAVE

We often live this backwards.
We think:
When I HAVE the success, I'll DO what successful people do, and then I'll finally BE confident enough.
What if we reverse it?
Ask yourself:
Who is the future version of me?
How does she think?
How does she lead?
How does she respond to challenges?
How does she treat people?
And then begin being that person now.
From there, take the actions she would take.
That's the DO.
And over time, the HAVE becomes the result of who you've become and the actions you've consistently taken.
For me, this changes my whole energy.
My vibration changes.
My actions change.
I'm no longer waiting for some future version of myself to arrive.

I'm practising being her today.

Service Before Selling

There is one principle, however, that matters to me more than any compensation plan, rank or business strategy.

People come first.

There is nothing wrong with wanting financial success, abundance or freedom. I have big dreams too.
But I don't want to build anything from greed.
I want to build from purpose, compassion, integrity and service.
Instead of asking:
How can I sell something to this person?
I would rather ask:

How can I serve this person?

Listen first.
What do they need?
What are they looking for?
Maybe they're interested in wellness.
Maybe they're interested in business.
Maybe they simply need encouragement.
And maybe what we're offering isn't for them.
That's okay too.
People are never numbers.
They're human beings with families, struggles, hopes and dreams.
When the person becomes more important than the transaction, the entire energy changes.

Stay Humble as You Grow

This matters enormously to me.
Stay humble.
A rank doesn't make one person more valuable than another.
Recognition doesn't make somebody more important.
There will always be someone we can learn from.
I want to remain curious, coachable and willing to grow.
Because leadership, to me, isn't:
“Look what I've achieved.”
It's:

“How can I help you discover what you're capable of?”

I don't want to create something where I'm the only person winning.
I want to build something where other people grow with me.
That is what excites me.

At 57, I Feel Like I'm Just Beginning

Perhaps that's one of the greatest gifts this chapter has given me.
I'm 57 years old, and I genuinely feel as though my life is just beginning.
Our biggest dreams don't have to belong to our twenties or thirties.
We can reinvent ourselves.
Our setbacks can become wisdom.
Our experience can become an asset.
And our WHY can evolve.
Today, mine is much bigger than myself.
It's my children.
My grandchildren.
Freedom.
Impact.
Service.
And leaving something meaningful behind.
Less than a year ago, I was recovering from another injury and praying for direction.
Then something appeared that caught my attention.
But an opportunity appearing wasn't enough.
I still had to recognise it.
I still had to make a decision.
And I still had to walk through the door.
So as I prepare to sit alongside these incredible leaders and share my journey, that's the message I want to carry with me:

Know your why.

Make a decision.

Stay focused.

Become the person you see yourself becoming.

Stay humble.

And above all, serve.

Because you never really know what can happen when purpose meets action.
Sometimes one decision, made wholeheartedly, can change the entire direction of your life.
And I have a feeling...
I'm only getting started. 💙✨

My Story

For most of my life, I've been passionate about health, movement and helping others live well.
I've spent decades studying the human body and mind, working as a coach, Pilates instructor, massage therapist, wellness educator and practitioner in many different healing modalities. I truly believed that if I just kept learning, kept moving, kept eating well and kept doing "all the right things," I would eventually feel the way I wanted to feel.
Yet despite living what most people would call a healthy lifestyle, there were seasons where I felt exhausted, inflamed, emotionally drained and disconnected from myself.
I know what it's like to keep giving to everyone else while quietly wondering why your own body isn't responding the way you hoped.

Over the years I've come to realise that true wellness isn't created by one diet, one exercise program, one supplement or one technique.
Real health is holistic.
It's about how we move...
How we think...
How we manage stress...
How we nourish ourselves...
How we regulate our nervous system...
How we connect with our purpose...
And how we support the body's incredible ability to heal and restore itself.

When I was introduced to frequency wellness technology, it became another important piece of that puzzle.
I'll admit—I was sceptical.
As someone who has spent a lifetime in the wellness industry, I'd seen many products come and go. But after experiencing it for myself, I became deeply curious. I wanted to understand the science, the technology and, most importantly, the results people were experiencing.

Today, frequency wellness has become one of the many tools I use alongside movement, mindset, education, recovery, meditation and healthy lifestyle practices to help people create lasting change.

My mission has never been to sell products.
My mission is to empower people with knowledge.
To help them reconnect with their bodies.
To remind them that they are not broken.
To help them create more energy, resilience, confidence and joy so they can build a life they truly love living.

Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing, explore frequency technology, regain your energy, or simply become the healthiest version of yourself, you're warmly welcome here.
This is more than a website.
It's a community of people who believe that health is one of life's greatest gifts—and that with the right education, support and daily choices, incredible transformation is possible.

I'd love to be part of your journey.
