A Powerful Conversation with Malek Emir

There are certain conversations that leave you feeling inspired, uplifted, and reminded of what is truly possible when people choose to live with purpose.
My recent interview on the Transform Your Wellness Podcast with Malek Emir was one of those conversations.
From the moment we began talking, it became clear that this was about far more than wellness, business, or technology. It was a conversation about awakening, leadership, family, faith, resilience, and creating a meaningful impact in the world.

A Journey of Transformation

Like many entrepreneurs, Malek's path has not been a straight line.
Before becoming a leader in the Frequency Awakening movement, he spent years in the online marketing and crypto space, constantly searching for ways to create freedom, build a better future, and help others do the same.
Yet as we discussed during the interview, true success is not simply about financial outcomes. It is about alignment.
It is about waking up each day knowing that your work contributes to something greater than yourself.
Malek shared insights from his own personal journey, including challenges that shaped his perspective on health, wellbeing, and what it truly means to live a purpose-driven life.

Why Frequency Matters

One of the topics we explored was the concept of frequency.
While many people associate frequency with technology, frequency also relates to how we think, how we feel, the energy we carry, and the environments we create around ourselves.

When we are constantly stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from ourselves, it becomes difficult to thrive.
On the other hand, when we focus on our wellbeing, mindset, relationships, purpose, and personal growth, something begins to shift.
We become more aligned.
More resilient.
More empowered.
More capable of creating positive change in our own lives and in the lives of others.

Wellness is More Than Physical Health

One thing I deeply appreciated about our conversation was the reminder that wellness is not just about the body.
True wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.

It includes:
• The thoughts we think
• The people we surround ourselves with
• The energy we allow into our lives
• The purpose that drives us
• The habits we practise daily
• The way we show up for ourselves and others
As Malek shared, many people today are living in survival mode.
Yet each of us has the ability to make small daily choices that move us closer to vitality, clarity, and fulfilment.

Creating Impact Through Service

One of Malek's greatest passions is helping people create a positive impact within their families and communities.
This is something that deeply resonates with me.
When we improve our own health, energy, mindset, and wellbeing, we naturally become a stronger source of support and inspiration for those around us.
We lead by example.
We become the permission slip for others to believe that transformation is possible.
Whether through wellness, leadership, entrepreneurship, community building, or simply showing kindness to another person, every one of us has the ability to create impact.

My Biggest Takeaway

If there was one message that stood out throughout our conversation, it was this:
  • You do not need to stay where you are.
  • No matter what challenges you have faced, no matter how stuck you may feel, and no matter how long you have been in survival mode, change is possible.
  • Growth is possible.
  • Healing is possible.
  • Purpose is possible.
And often, it begins with a single decision to become more conscious, more intentional, and more aligned with who you truly are.

My Story

For most of my life, I've been passionate about health, movement and helping others live well.
I've spent decades studying the human body and mind, working as a coach, Pilates instructor, massage therapist, wellness educator and practitioner in many different healing modalities. I truly believed that if I just kept learning, kept moving, kept eating well and kept doing "all the right things," I would eventually feel the way I wanted to feel.
Yet despite living what most people would call a healthy lifestyle, there were seasons where I felt exhausted, inflamed, emotionally drained and disconnected from myself.
I know what it's like to keep giving to everyone else while quietly wondering why your own body isn't responding the way you hoped.

Over the years I've come to realise that true wellness isn't created by one diet, one exercise program, one supplement or one technique.
Real health is holistic.
It's about how we move...
How we think...
How we manage stress...
How we nourish ourselves...
How we regulate our nervous system...
How we connect with our purpose...
And how we support the body's incredible ability to heal and restore itself.

When I was introduced to frequency wellness technology, it became another important piece of that puzzle.
I'll admit—I was sceptical.
As someone who has spent a lifetime in the wellness industry, I'd seen many products come and go. But after experiencing it for myself, I became deeply curious. I wanted to understand the science, the technology and, most importantly, the results people were experiencing.

Today, frequency wellness has become one of the many tools I use alongside movement, mindset, education, recovery, meditation and healthy lifestyle practices to help people create lasting change.

My mission has never been to sell products.
My mission is to empower people with knowledge.
To help them reconnect with their bodies.
To remind them that they are not broken.
To help them create more energy, resilience, confidence and joy so they can build a life they truly love living.
